Safe & Easy Ordering
To order your Lahdeedah
jewelry, simply click the "Add to Cart" button beneath each item and a
PayPal screen will appear and direct you to your shopping cart. You
do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay using this method.
When you are ready to check out, follow the prompts and you
will have the option to create a PayPal account or simply check out with
your credit card, debit card or by e-check. Your account number
information will be processed securely on PayPal's site and your account
information will not be transmitted to or viewed by Lahdeedah -
guaranteeing your privacy.

Methods
If you prefer to mail a check or money order payable to "Lahdeedah,"
simply
contact us and we will e-mail you instructions on completing your
order. Please note that we cannot ship your order until payment is
received.
Order Confirmation
You will be contacted via
e-mail within one business day with a personal confirmation and order
status.
Shipping
We believe in a fun and easy
shopping experience. That is why we offer free first class shipping,
fully insured, on every order over $50 (orders totaling under $50 will be
charged a flat $5 for shipping). Please note all items are made to order.
Once your order is received by our system, you will receive an e-mail
confirmation. Most items will ship in two to three days but please allow one to two weeks for delivery. If quicker
turnaround is needed, please contact us. Shipping
is only available to customers within the United States and Canada.
Limited Availability
Some items on this site are produced in limited quantities due to
material availability. In the event that your order cannot be filled for
this reason, you will be notified via e-mail and your credit card will
be adjusted for the item.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you buy!
If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt
for a prompt refund, exchange or credit. Any returned item needs to be
in its original condition. It must also be carefully packed in the
original packaging and safely shipped back to us INSURED with delivery
confirmation. Please use a hard box or case to insure that the jewelry
is not damaged. We cannot be obligated to accept the return of damaged,
tangled or worn merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are
non-refundable.
Natural Variation
While we do our best to hand
pick matching gemstones in our jewelry, all stones will naturally vary
to some degree in color, size and shape.
Repairs
We fully stand behind the
quality and craftsmanship of all of our jewelry. However, if any piece
is in need of repair within 6 months (based on normal usage), we will
happily repair it for you. Simply contact us. Some materials charges may
apply.
